Courses List

This course is designed for delegates aiming for the level 1 qualification in health & safety and their CSCS card, allowing work on all building sites in the UK. Delegates will participate in a 1 day classroom based course where they will learn about all aspects of health & safety at work from working at heights to C.O.S.H.H. A test is conducted at the end of the course to test learners knowledge and determining whether the learner can progress to the CITB CSCS test.

These courses is designed for delegates who will vary in experience on the forward tipping dumper. The novice course is designed for delegates who have no or very limited experience which will last 3 days, the refresher course will vary between 1 to 2 days depending on the abilities of the delegate, and the experienced worker course is 1 day test only. Delegates will learn how to competently and safely carry out operations of the dumper and to pass the relevant NPORS assessments. Earning your NPORS Operator Card to enable you to operate a forward tipping dumper and demonstrate your competence to clients, employers and authorities.

These courses is designed for delegates who will vary in experience on the telescopic handler. The novice course is designed for delegates who have no or very limited experience, which will last 5 days, the refresher course will vary between 2 to 4 days depending on the abilities of the delegate, and the experienced worker course is 1 day test only. Delegates will learn how to competently and safely carry out operations of the telescopic handler and to pass the relevant NPORS assessments. Earning your NPORS Operator Card to enable you to operate a telescopic handler and demonstrate your competence to clients, employers and authorities.

These courses is designed for delegates who will vary in experience on the 360 excavator. The novice course is designed for delegates who have no or very limited experience which will last 10 days, the refresher course will vary between 3 to 7 days depending on the abilities of the delegate, and the experienced worker course is 1 day test only. Delegates will learn how to competently and safely carry out operations of the excavator and to pass the relevant NPORS assessments. Earning your NPORS Operator Card to enable you to operate a 360 excavator and demonstrate your competence to clients, employers and authorities.

This course is designed to provide abrasive wheels training to delegates wishing to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable the use of the equipment safely. It also provides an understanding of abrasive wheels to delegates in all aspects of the correct mounting, setting and use of abrasive wheels. The accredited course lasts for 1 day, and the in-house course is for 1/2 day.

This course is designed to provide cable avoidance training to delegates wishing to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable the use of the equipment safely. It also provides an understanding of cable avoidance tools to delegates in all aspects of the correct cable detection. The accredited course lasts for 1 day, and the in-house course is for 1/2 day.

This course is designed to give delegates the information they need to avoid work that may disturb asbestos during any normal work which could disturb the fabric of a building, or other item which might contain asbestos. This does not prepare delegates to carry out work with asbestos-containing materials. Both the accredited and in-house course last 1/2 day.
